Welcome to Siro. We are a Series A company dedicated to transforming the way field sales professionals work. While many sales representatives operate in the field without any guidance, we are building an AI-powered coaching platform to change that. We believe that by providing the right tools, we can make field sales a highly accessible path to financial success. We are looking for a talented Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our team in a hybrid capacity within the United States.

What you'll be doing

You will design, develop, and maintain the scalable backend services and APIs that serve as the foundation for our AI-driven coaching platform.
You will architect and implement complex data models and database structures to support our platform as it continues to grow.
You will implement monitoring and observability solutions to ensure our systems remain reliable, performant, and efficient.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 6 years of overall software engineering experience. We are looking for someone who has a strong technical background and the ability to solve complex problems. Your experience should include the following:

At least 2 years of professional experience building with Node.js and TypeScript.
At least 4 years of experience working with relational databases, including deep knowledge of database design and optimization.
Proven expertise in system design and the ability to create flexible, scalable architectures.
Experience working with cloud platforms, specifically Google Cloud Platform.
A track record of building high-quality APIs and implementing robust monitoring and observability tools.
Fluency in English to collaborate effectively with our team.

What you'll get

We offer a competitive salary range of $200,000 to $220,000 depending on your experience level. In addition to your base pay, you will receive the following benefits:
