Role at a glance
We are seeking a Lead Backend Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, meaning you can contribute from anywhere. You will be responsible for leading a team of 5 to 10 engineers while driving the architecture and design of our high-performance platforms.

- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and prototyping cutting-edge solutions to keep our platform at the forefront of the industry.
What you'll need
- Deep expertise in Java and Spring Boot, along with proficiency in Go or C++.
- Proven experience in building and managing distributed systems at scale.
- Strong background in cloud services, specifically AWS, and experience working with Redis, MySQL, or Postgres.
- Familiarity with REST and gRPC APIs, as well as a commitment to test automation and modern engineering best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a track record of leading software projects from ideation to production.
Perks and compensation
We offer a competitive base salary ranging from $180,000 to $230,000, supplemented by a performance-based bonus and stock options. Our benefits package includes:
