Role at a glance
We are looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our expanding team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Switzerland. You will be instrumental in building scalable solutions and taking ownership of features in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Your impact
- Design and implement medium to large features while actively reducing technical debt.
- Take full ownership of user-facing features from the initial concept through to release and beyond.
- Champion our team processes and proactively support your colleagues to ensure collective success.
What you'll need
- Proficiency in Golang, Ruby, or other widely used programming languages.
- Strong expertise in software design, algorithms, and data structures.
- Proven experience building highly reliable distributed systems at scale.
- Familiarity with automated testing practices such as TDD or BDD.
- The ability to operate effectively within settings that require strict confidentiality and data privacy protocols.
