Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our expanding team. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Switzerland. You will be instrumental in building scalable solutions and taking ownership of features in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Your impact

Design and implement medium to large features while actively reducing technical debt.
Take full ownership of user-facing features from the initial concept through to release and beyond.
Champion our team processes and proactively support your colleagues to ensure collective success.

What you'll need

Proficiency in Golang, Ruby, or other widely used programming languages.
Strong expertise in software design, algorithms, and data structures.
Proven experience building highly reliable distributed systems at scale.
Familiarity with automated testing practices such as TDD or BDD.
The ability to operate effectively within settings that require strict confidentiality and data privacy protocols.
