Key outcomes

• Design and develop backend applications using .NET and C# within an event-driven architecture to support our order management platform.
• Implement and maintain microservices deployed on Kubernetes while leveraging Kafka and Temporal for data processing and workflow management.
• Manage data using MongoDB and optimize performance with Redis caching solutions.
• Debug, test, and refine code to ensure high reliability and quality across critical systems.
• Document new software applications and maintain clear technical records for ongoing development.
• Investigate and resolve a wide range of technical issues while proactively exploring new technologies and industry practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that enhance product capabilities and delivery performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience working with .NET, C#, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English.
• Capacity to work within Americas time zones in a fully remote setting.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with Kubernetes, Kafka, Temporal, MongoDB, and Redis.
