What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a hands-on position for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-growing startup environment. You will work closely with our engineering team to build and maintain the infrastructure that powers our platform, ensuring that our systems are both scalable and reliable.

What will you do?

• Take ownership of the full feature development cycle, moving from initial ideation all the way through to final delivery.
• Develop and maintain robust RESTful services using Node.js, MongoDB, and JavaScript.
• Build and enhance capabilities for our internal Admin tools while ensuring high code quality through rigorous unit testing and peer code reviews.

What makes you a great fit?

You should have extensive experience in development and operations using Node.js, RESTful APIs, MongoDB, Redis, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript. We value engineers who prioritize readable, secure, and scalable code. You should also be comfortable working in an Agile environment and have a solid grasp of cloud-native architecture, AWS services, and CI/CD pipelines. Because we are a global team, you must be fluent in English and able to coordinate your schedule to overlap with our team in the United States.
