Our platform is currently used to support critical projects ranging from medical tumor detection to infrastructure inspection, and we are looking for someone who is ready to help us scale our impact even further. Having grown from 25 to 60 people in just one year, we are at a pivotal stage where your contributions will directly shape the future of our product and our company.

What is this role?

We are searching for a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join us on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United Kingdom. You will be part of a high-performing, collaborative group of experts who have experience at both major tech firms and successful startups. We are looking for someone who thrives in an environment where they can take full ownership of projects and drive meaningful results.

What will you do?

• Take end-to-end ownership of your projects, spanning everything from initial product design and architectural decisions to final deployment and monitoring.
• Solve complex challenges at scale by building simple, effective solutions that help our customers manage millions of data items.
• Collaborate closely with a lean team to drive workflow automation and AI development, ensuring our platform remains the best in the market.

What makes you a great fit?

You are a seasoned builder who has personally developed and maintained multiple systems from the ground up. You understand the trade-offs required to build reliable and performant software at speed. Because we value first-principles thinking, you are comfortable navigating uncertainty and defining solutions where the path forward is not immediately obvious. You are a strong communicator in English who enjoys working autonomously while remaining a dedicated team player who actively helps others grow. Your technical background should include expertise in:
