We are looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineer who is passionate about building robust tools and improving the reliability of the internet. What you'll be doing

Collaborate with product managers and fellow engineers to design and develop cutting-edge Chaos Engineering tools.
Analyze business requirements to propose effective technical solutions and navigate trade-offs in a remote-first environment.
Mentor your teammates while maintaining a strong focus on high-quality delivery and the overall customer experience.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in distributed systems and a passion for engineering excellence. We are looking for the following qualifications:

At least 5 years of professional experience working with Java.
Proficiency in Go and systems-level programming.
Hands-on experience with cloud technologies like AWS, Lambda, and serverless architectures.
Experience working with DynamoDB or other NoSQL and relational databases.
Technical familiarity with infrastructure tools such as Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes.
A commitment to automated testing, CI/CD, and industry-standard engineering practices.
Fluency in English.
