What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Backend Software Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Portland, Oregon, where you will be expected to work from our office at least one to two days per week. We are seeking a seasoned professional who is ready to apply their expertise to our evolving product architecture. Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.

What will you do?

• Develop and maintain complex data pipelines to ensure we capture new information while consistently meeting our service level agreements.
• Integrate with third-party APIs from platforms like Meta, Google, and TikTok, ensuring our ingestion processes are resilient and well-monitored.
• Design and support robust API endpoints for external developers, focusing on creating user-friendly solutions that align with our core business objectives.

What makes you a great fit?

You are a collaborative engineer who enjoys working in an agile and autonomous environment. We value team members who are passionate about data and eager to contribute to discussions regarding design, user experience, and overall product strategy. You should have at least three years of relevant software engineering experience, and while a degree in Computer Science is a plus, it is not a requirement. We are looking for someone who speaks English fluently and is excited to help improve our technology stack through continuous learning and experimentation.
