We're excited to welcome an Engineering Lead to the Flywheel Partner Product group at HubSpot. In this role you will guide a small family of teams that builds the tools and data systems partners rely on to grow their businesses and deliver more value to customers. You will stay hands-on with code while coaching engineers, shaping product direction, and helping the entire organization move faster.
What you'll be doing
- Lead engineers in designing and shipping solutions that improve collaboration between HubSpot representatives and partners, delivering accurate, efficient, and innovative capabilities at scale.
- Build an inclusive environment inside small cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, designers, and analysts while fostering trusted relationships across engineering, product, design, research, marketing, and sales.
- Drive iterative value by envisioning, experimenting, building, and monitoring new features and tools that directly support HubSpot's growth and give you insight into how the business operates.
What you'll bring
You bring experience working with partnerships, ecosystems, go-to-market teams, internal product teams, business-process automation, or customized CRM implementations. You show a strong user focus and can empathize with the challenges partners and representatives face every day. You enjoy tackling large technical problems while staying close to business and go-to-market strategy, and you have a track record of mentoring and coaching technical team leads.
As an Engineering Lead you act as a player-coach: you write and review code, maintain a clear technical vision, push teams to raise the technical bar, and hold a high performance standard while creating diverse, inclusive teams. You align mission and direction across the groups you oversee and provide regular mentoring, coaching, and feedback so every engineer can grow.
Fluency in English is required, and experience with Go, automation tooling, or CRM platforms will help you contribute quickly.
What you'll get
We offer a cash compensation range of 197700-316300 USD annually. This figure includes base salary, on-target commission for eligible roles, and annual bonus targets. Some roles also participate in HubSpot's equity plan and may qualify for overtime pay. Individual offers are determined by skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
