The opportunity
We are looking for a mid-level Backend Engineer to join our team and help us build the tools that allow mental health providers to manage their practices effectively. You will play a key role in shaping our architecture and services, working closely with cross-functional teams to solve real-world problems for our members. A day in the life
- You will design and implement scalable backend systems using Python, Django, and AWS.
- You will build and maintain essential features for onboarding, scheduling, billing, and client management.
- You will collaborate with designers and product managers to turn concepts into robust, secure, and high-performing digital experiences.
Who you are
You are a collaborative engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience building products at scale. You are comfortable working with APIs, system design, and relational databases. Your technical toolkit includes a strong grasp of Git for version control and a commitment to writing high-quality automated tests. You value security, understand compliance, and thrive in an environment where data and research guide your decisions. You communicate fluently in English and enjoy working alongside others to iterate on complex software challenges.
