As our team expands to meet this challenge, we are looking for dedicated individuals to help us transform how appraisal professionals work.
The role
We are looking for two Senior Backend Engineers to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere. You will play a critical role in shaping our technical direction while working within a collaborative, high-impact engineering environment.
Core responsibilities
- Develop and maintain workflow automation products using a Golang and Python stack hosted on AWS.
- Take ownership of entire product features, ranging from the deployment of valuation models to the creation of intuitive frontend data visualizations.
- Collaborate with our team to build tools that present complex data in a clear, human-centric way for our users and customers.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in backend development and a passion for building robust systems. We value engineers who are eager to master new technologies as our product evolves.
- Extensive professional experience working within Unix/Linux environments.
- Proven expertise in designing and maintaining distributed systems.
- An advanced, conversational level of English to facilitate clear communication within our global team.
- Bonus points for hands-on experience with Elasticsearch, Docker, or scientific computing libraries like numpy, scipy, scikit-learn, tensorflow, or pytorch.
