We are looking for a Backend Engineer to join our team in a full-time capacity. At Uniswap Labs, we are proud to be the primary contributors to the Uniswap Protocol, which stands as the largest decentralized trading and automated market making platform on the Ethereum network. Our work is at the forefront of the crypto industry, and we are dedicated to building a comprehensive suite of products that support the broader ecosystem. While we are based in the SoHo neighborhood of New York City, we offer a hybrid work environment with the flexibility to work remotely.
Responsibilities
- Develop robust backend services that address essential product requirements and business objectives.
- Work closely with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to transform concepts into functional, high-quality products.
- Engage in the full product lifecycle, from initial brainstorming sessions through to final launch.
- Produce well-tested, high-quality code and contribute to the team through thorough code reviews.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with Golang, Rust, TypeScript, or similar programming languages.
- Proven success in designing, building, and maintaining large-scale production systems.
- A strong interest in staying current with modern software development practices and Web3 trends to help shape our evolving technology stack.
What we offer
The salary range for this position is $170,000 to $200,000. In addition to base compensation, our full-time employees are eligible for equity and tokens. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:
