What you'll be doing
- You will lead product engineering efforts from start to finish, ensuring we deliver high-quality web solutions to our customers.
- You will play a key role in shaping our engineering strategy and evolving our development processes.
- You will influence our software architecture by evaluating new technologies and mentoring junior members of the team.
What you'll bring
To thrive in this role, you should have a strong background in software development and a passion for building scalable systems. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency with Ruby on Rails and React.js, ideally with 3 or more years of hands-on experience.
- A solid command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MVC frameworks.
- Expertise in SQL and data modeling to ensure high performance and scalability.
- Experience working in an Agile environment and using Git and GitHub for version control.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in English and the ability to objectively evaluate different technical frameworks.
