What you'll be doing

• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers across all levels to clarify requirements, identify technical dependencies, and deliver features that support our salary-linked wellness platform.
• Design, build, and optimize backend services using microservices architecture, including secure authentication and authorization, efficient data models, and caching strategies with Redis to keep our applications fast and reliable.
• Write clean, well-tested code in Python, develop unit and integration tests, perform code reviews, and apply best practices such as test-driven development to maintain high standards across our codebase.

What you'll bring

You have 1-2 years of experience building web applications and feel comfortable working in product teams. You bring hands-on skills in database management with PostgreSQL and MongoDB, data modeling, query optimization, and implementing caching and secure access controls. Experience designing and maintaining microservices, along with strong practices in code quality and testing, is essential. Knowledge of Java and Spring Boot is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome if you have completed an internship in a startup environment. You communicate clearly in English and enjoy working remotely with a diverse, people-centric team.
