Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the world. You will work within a high-growth environment where engineering is the heartbeat of our business, focusing on building scalable, maintainable, and reliable software that our customers depend on every day.

Your impact

• Own the full lifecycle of your projects, from initial architecture and coding to deployment, operation, and scaling in production.
• Build and maintain robust API products using modern technologies like Node, Go, and microservices to solve real-world customer problems.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional teams to define our product roadmap and turn complex requirements into straightforward, efficient solutions.

What you'll need

• Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with our core stack, including Node, Go, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and cloud infrastructure on Azure or GCP.
• Operational Mindset: Experience scaling and operating large-scale microservices, along with a deep understanding of infrastructure tools like Terraform and Kubernetes.
• Communication: Full professional proficiency in English, as you will be collaborating with a diverse, distributed team.
• Problem-Solving: A data-driven approach to decision-making and a passion for simplifying complex systems.
