Backend Engineer at Linqia

What you'll be doing

• You will design and build robust server-side applications using Python to support our growing platform.
• You will develop and maintain a scalable microservices architecture while optimizing both relational and non-relational databases.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate APIs, perform thorough code reviews, and ensure system reliability through rigorous testing and debugging.

What you'll bring

To be successful in this role, you should have a solid foundation in software engineering and a passion for backend development. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Two to four years of professional experience focused on backend systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python and extensive experience with SQL and database optimization.
• A deep understanding of microservices, API design, and the full software development lifecycle within Agile environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English, as you will be working closely with our diverse team.
• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience that demonstrates your technical problem-solving abilities.
