We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our team at Uniswap Labs. As the primary contributor to the Uniswap Protocol, which stands as the largest decentralized exchange on Ethereum, we are dedicated to building a robust suite of products that support the broader Web3 ecosystem. We operate out of our SoHo headquarters in New York City, but we offer flexible hybrid and remote work arrangements for this role.
Responsibilities
- Develop backend services that address essential product goals and business requirements.
- Work alongside designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to transform concepts into functional products.
- Engage in the full product lifecycle, from the initial brainstorming phase through to final launch.
- Produce high-quality, thoroughly tested code while providing constructive feedback during peer code reviews.
Must-haves
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with Golang, Rust, TypeScript, or comparable languages.
- Proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining production-grade systems at scale.
- A strong interest in staying current with modern Web3 development practices and the ability to help shape our evolving technical stack.
- Fluency in English.

Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $170,000 to $200,000. In addition to base compensation, our full-time employees are eligible for equity and token packages. Our benefits package includes:
