We are looking for a talented Backend Engineer to join our fully remote team and help us build the systems that drive our growth.
What you'll be doing
- You will focus on the systems powering our go-to-market efforts, including building integrations between our backend and essential tools like Salesforce, Hubspot, and Sendgrid.
- You will design and maintain new internal tooling to support our evolving CRM and application requirements.
- You will stay informed on emerging technology trends, evaluate their impact on our business, and actively contribute to our collaborative team culture.
What you'll bring
We value your ability to learn and grow, so you do not need to be an expert in every tool we use. We are looking for someone who brings the following:
- At least 3 years of professional experience writing high-quality backend code.
- Practical experience working with web backends, databases, ETL pipelines, and developer tooling.
- A proven track record of building, deploying, and maintaining complex systems in production environments.
- Experience managing third-party SaaS integrations.
- Strong proficiency in English to facilitate clear communication with stakeholders across the company.
- Familiarity with our core stack, which includes Go, PostgreSQL, Pyspark, BigQuery, Kubernetes, Pulumi, Buildkite, and Google Cloud Platform, along with TypeScript and React on the frontend.
