The opportunity
We are seeking a Backend Engineer to join our team in India. In this role, you will be a key player in building the foundation of everything we ship. You will focus on developing innovative product features while ensuring our critical infrastructure remains scalable and reliable. A day in the life
- You will design, build, and maintain high-quality software features while ensuring our systems perform reliably under heavy load.
- You will collaborate closely with product managers and designers on an Agile team to turn business goals into technical reality.
- You will mentor junior engineers and champion engineering best practices, including code quality, testing, and modern architecture patterns.
Who you are
You are a mid-level engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience in fast-paced or hyper-growth environments. You have a deep understanding of system design and a proven ability to build scalable, cost-effective solutions. You communicate clearly in English and enjoy working across a modern tech stack that includes Node.js, Go, React, GraphQL, Docker, and PostgreSQL. You are someone who stays curious about new technologies and takes pride in writing clean, maintainable code.
