We're Sweed, a product-driven startup with a team of over 200 people building an all-in-one cannabis retail platform that combines POS, eCommerce, marketing, analytics, and inventory management. We're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer experienced in .NET to help us scale our microservices architecture and tackle performance challenges as we grow.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop services in our microservices architecture
- Participate in task planning and technical discussions with cross-functional product teams
- Refactor existing code to improve performance and maintainability
- Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices
Must-haves
- 5-7 years of experience working in a product company
- Strong knowledge of .NET 7 and microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience building high-load, real-time applications
- Familiarity with RabbitMQ, Kafka, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
- Solid understanding of algorithms and system design
- Professional working proficiency in English
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with ClickHouse or other analytical databases
