Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer to join our high-performing technology team. This is a full-time position based in Turkey. We operate under a hybrid work model, balancing the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative energy of our office environments.

Your impact

• Develop new features and optimize our existing platform to ensure a seamless, scalable experience for our millions of users.
• Collaborate closely with your team through code reviews, pair programming, and active participation in planning sessions.
• Commit to continuous improvement by mastering new technologies and refining your technical skills alongside talented peers.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of professional experience with languages such as Java, Go, C#, Scala, Kotlin, or Node.js.
• Solid understanding of OOP, Design Patterns, Clean Code, and Unit Testing.
• Practical experience with relational and non-relational databases like PostgreSQL or Elasticsearch.
• Experience working with messaging systems like Kafka and building RESTful services using frameworks such as Spring Boot.
• A strong background in continuous delivery and build pipelines.
• An agile mindset with a humble, customer-first approach and a good command of English.
• Bonus points for experience with distributed architectures, Kubernetes, and performance monitoring.
