The role

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in India, specifically for those located in or willing to relocate to Pune. You will be a key player in our technical team, focusing on building the systems that power our data-driven solutions. Core responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and NestJS to support our data-heavy applications.
• Architect efficient data pipelines and systems that facilitate seamless data capture, transformation, and reporting.
• Manage the deployment of applications on Azure while utilizing GitHub and DevOps pipelines to maintain high performance and reliability.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong technical background and a collaborative mindset. We require the following:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in backend development.
• Deep expertise in Node.js, NestJS, and the creation of RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL database design.
• Practical experience with Azure App Service, GitHub, and CI/CD workflows.
• Proven ability to work in data-intensive environments.
• 4 to 5 years of experience working directly with business stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in the real estate sector is considered a plus.
