At INGENIOUS.BUILD, we have built a premier platform designed to help real estate and construction firms across the globe manage their projects from beginning to end. We are currently working on the first cloud application capable of overseeing the entire lifecycle of a construction project, and we are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. If you enjoy solving complex problems and want to help us build what many consider the holy grail of construction management, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Work alongside your team to plan, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
- Focus on refactoring and optimizing our existing codebase to ensure peak performance.
- Apply OOP and DDD principles to help shape the growth of our department and the company as a whole.
Requirements
- Proven experience building large-scale SaaS applications, such as CRM, CMS, or ERP systems.
- Strong technical proficiency with PHP 8.1+ and Laravel 9+.
- Deep understanding of SOLID principles and their practical application in software design.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks, specifically PHPUnit, and modern testing strategies.
- A minimum B2 level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with REST architecture, Git version control, and ideally, PostgreSQL, SCRUM, and Jira.
