Role at a glance
We’re hiring a Mid-Level Backend Developer to join our engineering team on a full-time, remote-first basis. You’ll work from anywhere, collaborating with colleagues across 15 countries as part of a 260-person company that serves more than 2,600 clients in over 190 markets.
Your impact
- Design and maintain server-side applications and database architecture that keep our market-research platform fast and reliable.
- Partner with front-end developers to deliver seamless user experiences across the product.
- Continuously review and refine code and system performance while building reusable, testable components and automated tests.
What you'll need
You’ll thrive here if you bring at least two to three years of hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and Express, plus solid work with NoSQL databases-ideally MongoDB. Experience with AWS (S3, ECS, EC2) and Docker is a plus. We value proactive problem-solvers who enjoy collaborating across teams, value focus time, and are comfortable working in small, agile product squads using our MEAN stack, Cypress, Flutter, and modern DevOps tooling.
