What is this role?
We are hiring a Senior Backend Developer to join our engineering team on a full-time, remote basis. The position calls for someone with several years of hands-on experience who can take ownership of complex services and help shape the next stage of our product.
What will you do?
- Design, refactor, and extend new and existing application components while writing tests that keep quality high.
- Review teammates’ code and share knowledge so the whole team continues to grow.
- Improve stability and observability by strengthening monitoring, logging, and metrics across our services.
What makes you a great fit?
You bring solid experience building and testing applications with .NET Core, a clear grasp of object-oriented principles and common design patterns, and practical knowledge of handling database concurrency. You have worked with MongoDB and PostgreSQL, deployed services on AWS, and are comfortable using Elasticsearch along with the ELK/EFK stack, Prometheus, and Grafana for observability. Upper-intermediate proficiency in both English and Russian, written and spoken, is required. You approach decisions with data, communicate openly, welcome feedback, and thrive in a fast-moving startup setting where ownership and focus matter every day.
