What you bring

We are searching for a Senior Back-End Tester to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a deep understanding of automation, functional testing, and database management. You will be based at our headquarters in Arlington, Virginia, where you will help us maintain the highest standards of software quality through the following responsibilities:

• Participate in release planning sessions and provide accurate estimates for test efforts.
• Collaborate effectively within an Agile development environment to ensure seamless integration and regression testing.
• Analyze complex test results and communicate findings clearly to your manager and the wider team.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have extensive experience with various testing methodologies, including performance, system, and stress testing. You must be comfortable working with web applications and possess strong skills in tracking and managing defects. Because this role supports our federal government client, US Citizenship is a strict requirement for all applicants.
