The role

We are seeking a Mid-Level Back-End Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere. As a key member of our engineering department, you will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side logic that powers our global platform. You will work in a collaborative environment where your contributions directly influence the features and services we provide to our international client base.

Core responsibilities

• Develop robust backend components and APIs using Python and frameworks like Django or Flask.
• Design and implement efficient data storage solutions using SQL or NoSQL databases to ensure high performance.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and stakeholders to integrate server-side logic with user-facing features.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong technical background and a commitment to high-quality software development. We require the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of professional experience as a backend developer.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with web frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational database management.
• Familiarity with Git, RESTful APIs, HTTP protocols, and web security principles.
• Experience with deployment processes and server-side logic.
