What is this role?

We are looking for a Senior Back-End Engineer to join us in a full-time capacity. This is a hybrid role that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere. You will be a key member of our engineering squad, contributing to the rapid growth of our SaaS platform and helping us maintain the high standards of our workforce management technology.

What will you do?

• Design and develop secure, high-performance APIs that serve as the backbone for both our front-end and back-end systems.
• Create seamless integrations that connect our platform with third-party software and external applications.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional team, working closely with front-end and back-end engineers, QA specialists, product managers, and designers to deliver impactful solutions.

What makes you a great fit?

To succeed in this role, you should have at least three years of professional software development experience. We value engineers who are curious, set high standards for their work, and are always looking for ways to improve our systems.

• You have a strong command of Python and experience with frameworks like fastAPI.
• You are well-versed in implementing micro-services architectures.
• You possess deep knowledge of API design, including REST, gRPC, and GraphQL, along with experience documenting them using OpenAPI and Swagger.
• You are proficient in SQL and understand the importance of application performance and security.
• You have professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SaaS platforms or domains like online payments and payroll is a significant plus.
