What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Back-end Engineer to join our Interview Team on a full-time, remote basis. This role is based in Argentina and focuses on designing the orchestration of our interview scheduling and execution modules. You will leverage your expertise in Node.js and backend architecture to build systems that solve real-world problems. Your daily contributions will involve:

• Designing and implementing scalable backend solutions that ensure long-term system maintainability.
• Researching and applying AI tools and LLM-based frameworks to automate complex workflows and operational processes.
• Developing AI-powered agents to enhance our testing, monitoring, and internal data validation efforts.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a proactive and resilient problem-solver who thrives in a fast-growing environment. You should have at least three years of experience in backend development and a strong grasp of system architecture. We value candidates who have hands-on experience integrating AI tools and automation frameworks into professional workflows. Because we operate in a global context, you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish. You should be comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders and possess a genuine passion for building technology that improves developer experience and product reliability.
