About the Role
We are looking for a Back End Engineer to join our Product Led Growth team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level, on-site position where you will focus on core feature development to help grow our user base and drive revenue. You will work on exciting projects, including our Pendo Free and Trial bundles, as well as cutting-edge initiatives like RAG-based chatbots and LLM-driven branding functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, maintainable code that directly supports our team's feature delivery commitments.
- Take ownership of technical tasks by breaking down complex requirements and collaborating with your peers to find the best solutions.
- Engage actively in scrum team ceremonies and contribute to our collective understanding of the technology within our domain.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- At least 2 years of professional experience using a compiled programming language, such as Go or Python.
- A solid understanding of REST APIs and experience writing testable code.
- Proficiency with modern collaboration tools like Git, NPM, and GitHub.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- A history of working on highly collaborative teams where you have participated in code reviews, mentoring, and technical brainstorming.
- An experiment, build, and iterate mindset, with the ability to work effectively alongside Product, Marketing, and Revenue teams.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of USD 105,000 to USD 120,000. Final compensation is determined based on your unique experience, skillset, and internal equity.
