What you'll be doing

• You will design and build cloud-native services using Scala, leveraging modern open-source frameworks like Akka and ZIO.
• You will be responsible for creating robust unit and integration tests using Scala Test to ensure high code quality.
• You will collaborate closely with our product management team, participating in daily stand-ups and conducting peer code reviews to maintain our high standards for software development and change management.

What you'll bring

We are looking for a senior-level engineer who is passionate about solving complex problems and learning new technologies. To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A degree in Software Engineering and at least 6 years of experience in web-based application development.
• Proficiency or a strong interest in working with Scala, Node.js, or Java.
• A solid understanding of relational or NoSQL database modeling practices.
• Experience with or a desire to learn about API development and Single Sign-On (SSO) concepts.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
• Fluency in English.
