The role
We are looking for a Mid-Level Back End Developer to join our engineering team on a full-time, remote basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a developer who enjoys autonomy and wants to build applications from the ground up. You will play a key role in developing the products that empower healthcare providers to deliver exceptional service to their patients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Core responsibilities
- Design, implement, and document new software applications and components while ensuring high testability and quality.
- Actively participate in code reviews, technical design sessions, and the ongoing development of our Scrum and Agile culture.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to troubleshoot defects and research new technologies to prototype innovative ideas.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should bring the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in back-end development.
- Proficiency in Python and Django.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, Agile environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A creative mindset, a drive to navigate ambiguity, and a willingness to challenge boundaries.
- Please note that this position requires residency in Istanbul.
