Role at a glance
We are looking for a Mid-Level Back End Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, meaning you can work from anywhere. You will play a key role in building and maintaining the high-performance systems that keep our clients ahead of the curve.
Your impact
- You will build and support robust mobile web applications and APIs designed to scale for thousands of concurrent users.
- You will collaborate closely with mobile developers to test, optimize, and implement the backend architecture that powers our client-facing applications.
- You will contribute to our internal engineering standards and help refine our best practices to ensure high-quality code across all projects.
What you'll need
- Strong proficiency in Java and a solid grasp of object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience working with Spring and Hibernate frameworks.
- A proven ability to identify architectural bottlenecks and solve complex technical challenges.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and task estimation.
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field, though we are happy to consider equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a genuine passion for learning new technologies.
