Role at a glance

We are looking for a Mid-Level Back End Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, meaning you can work from anywhere. You will play a key role in building and maintaining the high-performance systems that keep our clients ahead of the curve.

Your impact

You will build and support robust mobile web applications and APIs designed to scale for thousands of concurrent users.
You will collaborate closely with mobile developers to test, optimize, and implement the backend architecture that powers our client-facing applications.
You will contribute to our internal engineering standards and help refine our best practices to ensure high-quality code across all projects.

What you'll need

Strong proficiency in Java and a solid grasp of object-oriented programming principles.
Experience working with Spring and Hibernate frameworks.
A proven ability to identify architectural bottlenecks and solve complex technical challenges.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and task estimation.
A degree in Computer Science or a related field, though we are happy to consider equivalent professional experience.
Excellent communication skills in English and a genuine passion for learning new technologies.
