At Yuno, we are creating the payment infrastructure that empowers businesses to compete on a global scale. Our team of industry veterans has developed a high-performance payment orchestrator that allows companies to integrate seamless payment solutions and engage their customers with confidence. We are currently searching for a Senior Back End Developer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity to help us build scalable, enterprise-grade applications that will transform the payment ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the software development lifecycle, moving projects from initial concepts through to production implementation.
- Collaborate effectively across both business and technical teams to drive our agile development processes forward.
- Design and build robust APIs and microservices using cutting-edge technologies to support our global infrastructure.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have at least four years of experience and possess the following qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin and a solid understanding of SQL and Postgres.
- Proven experience with Git and a deep understanding of unit testing practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical challenges to non-technical stakeholders.
- A high level of autonomy, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving roadmap.
- Fluency in English.
- Bonus points if you have experience with MongoDB, OWASP security standards, RESTful service integration, or the payment industry.
