B2B2C Marketing Manager at Koala Health

At Koala Health, we are on a mission to transform how pet parents manage their pets' wellness. We have already successfully launched a pharmacy service that delivers medications and supplements directly to doorsteps in convenient, presorted pouches. As we grow, we are building a suite of new products to make the entire pet health experience simple and delightful. We are looking for a B2B2C Marketing Manager to join our team and help us reach more pet parents through strategic growth and innovative marketing initiatives.

What you'll be doing

• You will design and execute partner marketing campaigns, identifying creative ways to scale client conversion and testing new on-site customer activations.
• You will manage the implementation and optimization of omnichannel marketing communications, including email, direct mail, and print, while ensuring all projects are delivered on time.
• You will partner closely with our account management and sales teams to conduct market research, generate lead volume, and build strategies that keep our partners excited and engaged.

What you'll bring

We are looking for someone who is comfortable navigating a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment. You should have the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• Three to five years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least one year specifically focused on B2B2C or partner marketing campaigns.
• Strong proficiency in managing multi-channel campaigns, with a preference for experience in lifecycle marketing.
• Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to thrive when faced with ambiguity.
• A creative mindset and a passion for innovation, with bonus points if you have experience in digital health or a love for animals.
