About the Role
We are looking for a Senior B2B Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will take ownership of our business-to-business workflows to ensure they are high-performing and efficient. You will act as the primary engine for our inside sales, managing everything from initial prospecting to final purchase orders while refining our processes for long-term scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive recurring revenue from our existing accounts through strategic follow-ups and relationship management.
- Take full ownership of lead generation, including developing prospecting strategies and qualifying new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager on high-impact deals while building reporting dashboards and documentation to scale our operations.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in sales and operations. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or revenue operations.
- A deep understanding of how to develop a sales pipeline and foster account growth.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, outbound sales tools, and sales analytics.
- Experience creating sales playbooks, templates, and client-facing workflows.
- A track record of success in fast-paced, high-growth environments is highly desirable.
Location
This position is based in Belgium and operates on a hybrid work model.
