At Notion, we are dedicated to empowering every individual, team, and organization to customize their software to meet unique challenges. While computers are incredibly powerful, most users lack the ability to modify the tools they rely on daily. We are working to change that through a commitment to focus, design, and craft. Since 2016, we have partnered with thousands of organizations, including Pixar, Mitsubishi, Figma, Plaid, and Match Group, to help them achieve their goals. As we continue to scale rapidly, we are looking for a Senior B2B Growth Marketing Manager to join our team. We are a collaborative, in-person company that values the energy of working together, and we currently operate on a hybrid schedule requiring three days in the office, including our anchor days on Mondays and Thursdays.
Key outcomes
- Drive scaled impact: You will design and own new programs to generate incremental revenue, building systematic growth loops that attract our most valuable B2B customer segments.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives: You will partner with teams across Marketing, Product, Data Science, Engineering, and Business Development to launch growth strategies, including funnel optimization and partnership activations.
- Manage marketing budgets: You will be responsible for the strategic allocation and optimization of marketing spend to ensure a positive return on investment across global channels.
- Champion customer insights: You will utilize both qualitative and quantitative research to become an expert on our target segments, ensuring our growth and partnership strategies are deeply informed by customer needs.
Requirements
- Proven success in executing acquisition strategies, with specialized experience in at least two of the following: Affiliates, Partnerships, Referrals, or Influencers.
- Extensive experience in cross-functional collaboration, with a reputation for proactive communication and the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to inspire others through a clear, shared vision.
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze performance metrics to inform decisions and improve program outcomes.
- An entrepreneurial, high-ownership approach to work, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage projects from start to finish.
- A commitment to deep customer research, including conducting interviews and analyzing feedback to better understand user pain points.
- A bias toward action, prioritizing progress and iteration to achieve results.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- A technical background that includes experience with data querying and visualization tools such as SQL, Amplitude, or Hex.
- Prior experience in building and scaling channel partnership programs.
Compensation
We offer highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. For this role, the estimated base salary range is $165,000 to $190,000. Our benefits package includes hybrid work arrangements to support our collaborative office culture.
