Role at a glance
We are seeking a Junior B2B Growth Assistant to join us on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in our London office at Sloane Square. We are looking for someone with at least one year of professional experience who is eager to take on significant responsibility and grow rapidly within our organization.
Your impact
- You will take full ownership of new acquisition channels, building them from the ground up to drive measurable growth.
- You will execute targeted outbound marketing campaigns, manage our LinkedIn presence, and maintain the integrity of our contact database.
- You will contribute to our international expansion strategy and support the planning and execution of our global conferences to ensure they remain the go-to resource for industry networking.
What you'll need
- At least one year of professional work experience.
- A Bachelor’s degree, with a Master’s degree being a plus.
- A strong desire to become a leader and a high-level performer in your field.
- A genuine passion for our mission and a commitment to achieving ambitious, long-term goals.
- A valid UK work permit, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
- Fluency in English to communicate effectively with our global community.
