At Brooks, we believe movement is the key to feeling more alive. We are looking for a Senior B2B Business Systems Analyst to join our team in the Netherlands on a full-time, on-site basis to help us create gear and experiences that inspire people to keep moving.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for EMEA B2B and sales field force systems, including FastTrack and Sage, supporting our retail accounts and sales teams.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient delivery of technical solutions.
- Develop a deep technical understanding of our applications, database layers, and integration points to maintain system stability.
- Create and maintain essential documentation, such as system context diagrams, data interfaces, and process flows.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, while coordinating with product owners and developers.
- Manage the end-to-end testing process, including creating test plans, conducting SIT and UAT, and overseeing performance testing.
- Monitor system performance and perform root cause analysis on production issues to ensure high availability.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure all solutions align with our global framework and development standards.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in implementing, administering, or supporting IT applications, ideally within the consumer goods industry.
- Functional knowledge of ERP and CRM systems, as well as B2B e-commerce and merchandising platforms.
- Strong proficiency in data mining and querying.
- Technical familiarity with system integration concepts, specifically APIs, Web Services, XML, and JSON.
- Experience working with development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with B2B platforms such as NuORDER or Elastic.
- Additional higher education or relevant technical certifications.
- Knowledge of the ITIL service management framework.
