About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Azure Solution Architect for a full-time, on-site position. In this role, you will serve as a key consultant who bridges the gap between complex client problems and effective technical solutions. You will be involved in early-stage discussions, provide ongoing guidance to our development teams, and review existing architectures to ensure they meet the highest standards. This is a highly collaborative, client-facing role that requires you to interact with stakeholders ranging from engineering teams to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural activities for both new and existing software systems while supporting sales meetings with your technical expertise.
• Mentor software engineers to deepen their technical capacity and guide them toward effective solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop, present, and defend your architectural recommendations to both technical and business stakeholders to ensure project momentum.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep passion for software development and a strong desire to share your knowledge with your peers. We require the following qualifications:

• At least 10 years of professional experience with mainstream development technologies.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience specifically with Azure.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in system architecture.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to build trust with clients.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
• The ability to work on-site at our office in Westfield, IN.

Preferred qualifications include experience with integration strategies for platforms like Dynamics 365 or Salesforce, a history of conference speaking, and holding an Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification.
