Role at a glance

We are looking for a mid-level Azure Operations Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the Netherlands, with opportunities to work from our offices in Oisterwijk or Almere, combined with the flexibility to work from home. You will play a vital role in our managed services team, ensuring our clients' cloud infrastructures remain stable and high-performing.

Your impact

• Act as the primary point of contact for client requests and proactively monitor incidents to ensure system health.
• Resolve technical issues within Azure resources and services while documenting your findings and solutions.
• Assist in the implementation and ongoing maintenance of cloud workloads, ensuring everything aligns with best practices.

What you'll need

We are looking for an entrepreneurial professional who takes ownership and communicates with confidence. To be successful in this role, you should have:

• An MBO-4 or Bachelor’s degree in IT, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure management, or cloud support.
• Proficiency with Azure resources, monitoring tools, and Microsoft best practices like Landing Zones.
• Familiarity with PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Bicep is considered a strong plus.
• A valid Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) certification, or the drive to obtain it quickly.
• Excellent command of the English language.
