The role

We are looking for a Senior Azure Infrastructure Engineer to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in India. In this senior-level role, you will be instrumental in designing and maintaining the resilient, scalable infrastructure that powers our multi-tenant SaaS applications. You will work at the intersection of software development and operations, ensuring our systems are secure, highly available, and optimized for performance.

Core responsibilities

• Architect and maintain scalable infrastructure services by utilizing infrastructure-as-code methodologies.
• Oversee production services to guarantee high reliability, availability, and optimal performance.
• Partner with software development teams to streamline workflows, automate processes, and manage cloud costs effectively.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in cloud engineering and a collaborative mindset. We require the following qualifications:

• At least 5 to 7 years of hands-on experience managing Azure cloud-based production environments.
• Proficiency with Azure Resource Manager, Bicep, Azure DevOps, and GitHub.
• Deep understanding of Role-Based Access Control and Entra privilege escalation.
• Experience leading technically complex projects that involve multiple stakeholders.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Azure networking, including firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs, as well as experience with App Services, Cosmos DB, and Key Vaults.
• Fluency in English to facilitate effective communication with our global engineering teams.
