As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Azure Engineer to join our Continuous Improvement team. In this role, you will act as a vital technical partner to our clients, providing expert guidance on complex Microsoft Azure issues and helping them optimize their cloud environments.

Key outcomes

• Resolve medium to complex technical incidents and conduct thorough root cause analysis.
• Serve as a primary escalation point for junior staff and customer care teams.
• Proactively identify and remediate recurring system issues to ensure long-term stability.
• Optimize performance by refining monitoring configurations and addressing bottlenecks.
• Contribute to the team through on-call rotations and active participation in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Conduct performance assessments and health checks for client environments.
• Lead operational review meetings and provide actionable insights through detailed reporting.
• Maintain high-quality documentation for processes, configurations, and incident resolutions.
• Analyze trends to offer proactive recommendations that improve how our customers operate in the cloud.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in Cloud Engineering, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure.
• Possession of the Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) certification.
• Extensive technical background using DevOps tools, specifically Helm, Open Telemetry, GitHub, Azure DevOps, PowerShell, and Linux.
• Proven knowledge of industry standards regarding Cloud Security and Cost Optimization.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for various stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment while balancing independent work with team collaboration.
