About the Role
We are looking for a Senior AWS DevOps Engineer to join the CarOffer engineering team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing world-class solutions for used car dealerships. You will focus on modernizing our infrastructure, optimizing our deployment pipelines, and ensuring our systems remain resilient and scalable as we continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain our cloud infrastructure by utilizing infrastructure as code principles and tools such as AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDK, or Terraform.
- Modernize and optimize our CI/CD pipelines while collaborating closely with development teams to improve deployment efficiency.
- Implement containerization strategies using Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes or AWS ECS to enhance application scalability.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who brings a strong technical background and a collaborative mindset to our team. Key qualifications include:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering role with a deep focus on AWS solutions.
- Proficiency in infrastructure as code tools and containerization technologies.
- Experience working with CI/CD tools, scripting languages like Python or Bash, and managing data platforms such as Elasticsearch, Snowflake, and dbt.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work effectively both independently and within a cross-functional team.
