What is this role?
We are searching for a Senior-level AVP, Product Manager for Online Banking to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in the United States. You will lead the evolution of our online banking experience, creating solutions that leverage our proprietary core to serve both personal and business customers.
What will you do?
- You will act as a champion for our fintech partners by developing a deep understanding of their unique needs and translating those insights into product decisions.
- You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to own an ambitious product roadmap, guiding projects from initial innovation through to scaling and continuous improvement.
- You will serve as a bridge between various departments, including compliance, operations, and leadership, to ensure alignment on our vision and strategy for the online banking platform.

To succeed in this role, you should be a strategic thinker who is comfortable with technical concepts and capable of working effectively with engineering teams. We value candidates who have a strong command of English and the following qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in product management or software engineering.
- A proven track record of launching web or mobile products and managing complex project timelines.
- Experience working with regulated products in sectors like banking, insurance, or wealth management.
- The ability to distill complex problems into simple, actionable principles.
- Bonus points if you have experience with API-driven products, business banking segments, or using tools like Jira.
