What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior AV Producer to join our Marketing Globalization team on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid role based in Culver City, California, though we are open to considering US-based remote candidates for the right fit. You will report to the Director of Marketing Globalization and play a vital role in managing the translation and localization of our A/V marketing materials for global campaigns.
What will you do?
- Coordinate with motion graphics producers, dubbing teams, and editors to finalize and deliver localized marketing assets, including trailers, teasers, social content, and sizzle reels.
- Manage day-to-day communication across internal and external teams to ensure efficient production workflows while advising on potential budget or delivery risks.
- Collaborate with brand and campaign management teams to ensure all content meets high-quality standards and remains culturally relevant for our global audience.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a seasoned professional with a passion for entertainment and a deep understanding of marketing workflows. We are looking for someone who brings the following to the table:
- At least 5 years of experience in international mastering and versioning of marketing content within a creative agency, entertainment studio, or post-production house.
- Expertise in AV post-production processes, including a strong grasp of file types, codecs, wrappers, and distribution specifications.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume campaigns simultaneously while working with remote or global teams.
- Familiarity with localization workflows, specifically regarding motion graphic packages, dubbing, and subtitling.
- A background in series campaign marketing, with a genuine interest in anime being a major plus.

The salary range for this position is 59,000 USD to 81,000 USD, with specific pay determined by your location, experience, and performance.
