AV Producer Marketing Globalization at Crunchyroll, LLC

About the role

In the role of AV Producer - Marketing Globalization, you will report to the Director, Marketing Globalization.

We are considering applicants for the location(s) of Culver City, CA. Will consider US-based Remote for the right candidate.

The AV Producer - Marketing Globalization will manage translations and localization of A/V marketing materials to support our global campaigns. This role involves managing the localization production of high-impact content such as teasers, trailers, clips, social media content, and sizzle reels. They will coordinate with both internal and external teams to ensure that all materials meet the highest standards of quality and cultural relevance, supporting global marketing campaigns effectively.

Core Areas of Responsibility

• Work with Motion GFX Producers, Dubbing Producers and Int’l Versioning Editors to finish, localize, and deliver Marketing AV assets (teasers, trailers, clips, social content, sizzle reels, etc.) to support our global marketing campaigns
• Own day-to-day communication with cross-functional teams like Motion Graphics Leads Post teams, Dubbing Producers and Localization Producers in order to efficiently manage finishing and localization execution
• Plan, schedule and manage internal and external AV production workflows and advise on delivery & budget risks
• Collaborate with campaign management, brand management, and title marketing to understand the objectives and messaging of AV projects.
• Work with Technical QC team to ensure that all versions meet high-quality standards, maintain brand consistency, and are culturally relevant.

• Provide timely status updates and for multiple project stakeholders in various systems

About You

• Experience with series campaign marketing. A passion for film and the entertainment industry. Anime knowledge or fandom is a plus!
• 5+ years of experience in international mastering and versioning of marketing content in a post-production house, entertainment studio, or creative agency 

• Expert knowledge of Marketing campaign workflows, including understanding the creative and AV Post Production process
• Well-versed in AV file types, specifications, codecs, and wrappers including mastering and distribution as well as social and digital formats while understanding the fundamentals of asset management, QC and trafficking
• Strong familiarity with localization workflows, including motion graphic packages, subtitling and dubbing
• Experience managing a high volume of AV campaign types simultaneously in collaboration with global/remote teams
