The opportunity

We are looking for an Autonomous Driving System Test Engineer to join our research and development center in Singapore. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a vital part in the deployment and operation of our autonomous vehicles for international projects. You will work alongside world-class engineers to turn complex technologies into real-world commercial applications. This position offers a unique chance to travel globally, allowing you to gain hands-on experience in diverse environments while broadening your international perspective.

A day in the life

• You will design and execute detailed testing plans for our L4-level vehicles to ensure they perform reliably across a wide variety of traffic and road conditions.
• You will manage the daily testing and operational workflows in Singapore, working hand-in-hand with our local partners to keep everything running smoothly.
• You will dive deep into test data to identify technical hurdles, resolve issues, and continuously refine the stability and performance of our autonomous systems.

Who you are

We are looking for a problem solver who is eager to grow within the autonomous driving space. You should have a strong foundation in software engineering or a related technical field and a desire to tackle complex challenges.

• You hold a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, automation, vehicle engineering, or a related discipline.
• You bring at least one year of experience in autonomous driving or a closely related field, along with a solid grasp of testing methodologies.
• You are a clear communicator who thrives in a team environment, making it easy for you to collaborate across different departments.
• You are fluent in both Chinese and English, which allows you to handle technical documentation and engage in international collaborations with ease.
• You are adventurous and flexible, with the willingness to travel internationally to support our global project deployments.
