About the Role
We are hiring for a Senior Automotive Sales Professional position. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a vital part in our dealership operations. You will be responsible for connecting with customers, managing the sales process, and ensuring that every person who walks through our doors has an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and guide them through our extensive inventory.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to final delivery, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize your sales expertise to meet or exceed dealership performance targets while maintaining a professional standard.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong work ethic and a genuine passion for sales. While previous experience is preferred, we are happy to train candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and a hunger for success. You must be comfortable working in an on-site environment and be able to communicate effectively in English.

Compensation and Benefits
