About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Automotive Sales Consultant for a full-time, on-site position. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, helping them navigate our inventory to find the perfect vehicle while ensuring every interaction reflects our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using a consultative approach to understand their needs and guide them toward the right vehicle selection.
• Provide comprehensive product knowledge, including detailed features and specifications, to empower customers to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Manage your sales pipeline and customer interactions effectively by utilizing our CRM software and other specialized sales tools.

Requirements

To be successful in this position, you should have a proven track record of delivering outstanding results and a commitment to continuous self-improvement. We require candidates to have:

• Previous experience working in a similar sales role.
• A valid driver’s license paired with a clean driving record.

Location

This position is based in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected total annual earnings for this position range from $43,800 to $174,000. This structure includes a base hourly rate for non-sales tasks, complemented by performance-based commissions and bonuses.
