Responsibilities
- Engage with guests using a consultative approach to help them select the perfect vehicle.
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge, including features and specifications, to help customers make informed decisions.
- Lead vehicle demonstrations and test drives to highlight the unique benefits of our models.
- Keep current on industry trends and competitive offerings to effectively communicate the advantages of our inventory.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- Utilize CRM software and sales tools to manage customer interactions and track your progress.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and taking ownership of the overall guest experience.
Must-haves
- A valid in-state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Fluency in English.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and a track record of achieving strong results.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior experience in a sales or retail environment.

The expected total annual earnings for this role range from $160,000 to $273,000. This figure includes all forms of compensation, such as commissions, bonuses, and base pay for non-sales tasks. In addition to your earnings, we offer the following benefits:
